This ring looks in no way like a $12 boardwalk jewelry you get at the Jersey shore! It actually looks really nice and expensive in every way, even the spinning part works great! It says it is gold plated and I believe that as the finish quality just looks really amazing! If you buy it as a gift and they wouldn't think to look on Amazon to check the price of it, you could totally pass it as a jewelry item! It just looks like a nice gold plated jewelry with nice little stones. There is no way knowing how this finish will hold up over time of course, but as a new item this ring looks awesome!

This is my first venture with a ceramic ring and I couldn't be more impressed with the comfort of it. It is buttery smooth and just has a great glassy feel to it. Im sure it will be no wear near as durable as a metal but it has a place in my ring rotation. I wanted something to match my white hoplite/turquoise bracelet and it does a decent job of doing so. It is much glossier being glazed but for what it is I'm not complaining. Sizing was perfectly dead on and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall build.

I want to wear this ring everyday. And I did for about a month. The gold color started to fade. I was using it as temporary wedding band on summer days that I didn't want to wear my wedding ring set. I think it's important to note that I wash my hands a lot. And I don't remove my rings. So, I'm sure that has something to do with the fading. Other than that, it's a great ring. I love how smooth and solid the inside is on your finger (not hollow and rigid like some chunky rings). Received many compliments from friends and they thought it was solid gold. Good value for the money.
