Love the spice level and flavor it adds to plain cucumber or salads. I even started using it on cooking and it adds a delicious taste to everything. Goes really well when you mix it with Tajin and black vinegar!

Great ingredient for making Kimchi!

I got this for a specific recipe from America's Test Kitchen. I think the rest will be a wonderful base for a rib rub and as for a touch of interest added to my vegetable melanges.

I bought this because I wanted Gochujang but I’m a a little freaky about products with lots of ingredients. I couldn’t find a decent Gochujang so I but this Gochugaru instead and I don’t know why I didn’t do it before, it’s delicious!
