Great Tapioca flour
Bob's Red Mill brings us the best flours, and this is no exception. Add it to silken tofu to make vegan mozzarella, or make amazing mochi desserts. You can thicken any sauce with it, and add it to elevate any gluten-free bread . It's so good, I have a subscription.

The flour served our purpose
The flour was fine the only small problem was that 2 out of the 5 bags, the punch hole at the top was punched below the zip seal . The box it came in had flour all over, otherwise everything was good.
