VVX 450 Business IP Phone (Power Supply Not Included)

For anyone having trouble provisioning these devices, here are some simple steps that should help: When plugging in the phone, enter 456 as the OLD password. It will say that it is too short, but ignore this and set a new password, and confirm your new password. Next, set the provisioning server by going to Home, Settings, Advanced, enter the password you set, Administration Settings, Network Configuration, then set the Provisioning Server, Server Type, and Server Address. If you need to specify a server user and password, do this on the same screen. If not - delete anything in these fields. Exit back to the screen where you are asked to Save Configuration and save it. Phone should reboot and be provisioned.

This used to be a good product but much happier with Yealink. There doesn't seem to be any warranty and now I am stuck with 2 that don't work.

It works gear for google voice but you have to go through a lengthy setup presses. I called them for help and they where great!

I want to be clear, the seller never said this was a VVX 450 OBI as that is what you need for Google Voice. They are 100% honest. But it took me hours to get this device to work with Google Voice, and if you aren't technical, you will never survive what it takes. It takes a firmware upgrade from Polycom and a whole lot of reboots. So far it has been worth it. Google Voice seems to work well with this phone *BUT* it needs a major uplift or Google Voice ignores it.. Once again, the sellers NEVER promised it to work with Google Voice. They sold it as a Po0lycom VVX 450 and that is what you get.

Do not purchase. Does not work with Zoom. No support available.
