This is some of the best chocolate I have ever tasted. It has a very rich and creamy taste, a velvety smooth and decadent mouthfeel. It’s perfect for baking with. I’ve so far made a ganache, ice cream and a chocolate sauce, all of them are divine. You can really feel and taste the quality of this chocolate and it is worth every penny. It is absolute nothing like the stuff you’ll get in supermarkets. Those big brands have a very milky and sugary taste. This stuff tastes like proper chocolate.

Ooh, this was a very dangerous discovery I found at work and instantly knew I had to try it at home in everyday life. I ordered the 1Kg pack to see if the flavour of the Belgian Chocolate was really to my taste and to see if these little "Callets" /drops were really are easier to melt than standard supermarket chocolate chips for 99p. They were delivered within 10 hours one the SAME day which is pretty amazing even with Prime that's so insane. Thank You to the supplier. A well warranted and earned 5 star service. The dangerous thing is in if you start nibbling at these chocolate drops, as if they're a everyday normal snack, they're so yummy. They are a flat dinky chocolate button of the smoothest most delicious tasting chocolate, for eating never mind cooking. If you love Lindt or Milka. You'll absolutely LOVE these, believe me a fellow chocolate lover! At 33.6% they have a really good high amount of Cocoa solids for a Milk Chocolate option. They are the perfect size to adorn any sized baked good even the tiny sized cakes & biscuits. Also,by judging by how smooth they are to eat I'd say the claim that they melt quickly and evenly is warranted. I highly recommend if you can afford it definitely go for the bigger or go home! 😉The 2.5Kg bag will get you more than double the amount of Chocolate for only double the price and I don't believe you'll regret it.

I do lots of baking and have purchased these callets for many years now. They are an excellent quality and always produce fabulous taste however I bake with them. Have bought all versions, white, milk and dark chocolate and all taste amazing!!

Amazing chocolate

Deliciously smooth Belgian milk chocolate callets where you want top quality chocolate but don't want to be sent reeling from an overdose! For uncomplicated, simple chocolate making, these little milk chocolate callets will happily melt in the microwave (100g callets will take about 3 minutes in an average microwave - give them a quick stir through every 30 seconds after the first two minutes) and when melted, use according to your recipe. For simple treats for Christmas or Easter, pour directly into appropriately shaped moulds, or you can mix in chopped nuts & fruit to the chocolate before moulding. These uncomplicated chocs don't go sticky or lose their shape even in a relatively warm room, if they last that long! Couldn't be simpler. You don't have to be a master chocolatier to produce good chocolates, and these are so easy to use, they're a lovely way of getting children involved in making their own little treats and gifts. Silicone moulds suit this chocolate well, and Callebaut gives a lovely, glossy sheen to the finished product without any additional glaze. I've used callets from several different manufacturers over the years, but for variety, ease of use, quality, taste and cost, Callebaut are hard to beat.

Expensive but the chocolate is good

I love making things with this chocolate, It is such a good quality and tastes superb.

J’utilise le chocolat Callebaut depuis de nombreuses années. Son goût à la fois prononcé et subtil, d’un bon chocolat belge, sa facilité à le tempérer et la brillance qu’il apporte à mes chocolats moulés, en font le meilleur rapport qualité/prix que j’ai pu trouver. N’hésitez pas (idem pour les chocolats noir et blanc de la même marque).
