Suggested uses: Heat the oats with water or milk in a saucepan or microwave and add your favourite RealFoodSource ingredients to create delicious thick hot porridge. We love them with a scoop of our coconut milk powder for a creamy, dairy free morning porridge, we sprinkle on our chia and mulberries for an omega boost and a little natural sweetness. If berries and dates are your thing try our freeze dried fruits such as bananas, strawberries and apple or add a handful of our goji berries or a few of our chopped medjool dates.
