These creatine tablets are by far the best in the market. I have tried multiple brands but these are the best. The tablets are slightly on the bigger side and they are quite dusty too, so could be hard to swallow, but by drinking plenty of water (which you should be doing anyway when having creatine) it’ll go down with ease. Very good value for money and I can only highly recommend these are THE BEST creatine tablets for those looking to start it

**UPDATE: since my last purchase, the tablets have been improved. They are still fairly large, but now have a smooth coating and smoother edges making them less powdery and much easier to swallow. I tried powder in between but find these really convenient when away from home for a few days when I don’t want to carry around a large pouch and scoop to mix creatine powder with water. If you’re also like me and use a protein shake, a collagen powder AND creatine, the tablets are actually handy so I’m not mixing a wild cocktail or swallowing three different supplement drinks every day.**These tablets are LARGE. And the dosage is three tablets, once daily. Personally, I don’t have an issue swallowing tablets, but the size would be prohibitive to many. The tablets are also a bit powdery - there’s no smooth coating to help with swallowing. As to their effectiveness, only time will tell. They’re generally a reliable brand, so fingers crossed. I’ve written my review on the assumption that they work, taking off a star for the size of tablets and having to take 3. I might actually try a creatine powder next time.
