Feedback on Product Quality – Rice Purchase I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the rice I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the product received was far from satisfactory. The rice was of very poor quality, and upon opening the packet, I noticed it was infested with worms and insects, clearly indicating that the rice was not fresh and had been stored improperly for quite some time. When buying food staples like rice, freshness and cleanliness are basic expectations. It is unacceptable for a product meant for consumption to arrive in such unhygienic condition. The sight and smell of the rice were enough to show that it was spoiled and unfit for use. This raises serious concerns about quality control, packaging standards, and storage conditions at your end.
