waste of money
This heel gel pad is useless. No pain relief. No cushioning. Feels like a cheap rubber toy stuffed in my shoe. I bought it for heel pain—did nothing. Walking still hurts. Standing still hurts. Even my shoe looks disappointed. For heel pain, this gel idea is a fail. Better option (actually works): Memory foam shoe insoles with shock absorption. They give real cushion and actual pain relief. Night and day difference.
