It has only 34% protein. Hence it is costly compare to other pure whey protein products which has more than 70% protein.

Ensure is better.
taste is about wafer biscuit taste. very hard to soluble. its become creamy texture. not able to drink like ensure or plain Horlicks. I am worried how to empty this pocket.
