ready to go-stakes are included, You can always add heavier stakes later if you're worried about significant or weather. Very easy to put up.

What is the interior hight of the tent?

Be advised this product is not the tent but the seperate rainfly that goes on top. With that being said the 10 person 10 x 14 was at least 7 feet tall. Im 6ft and could stand up and I was not hitting the roof of the tent.

Does it have a carrying case

Yes it comes with it'sown case but I can also squeeze it in to the tent case.
