This seller is amazing. I had a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra months after purchase. After a firmware update, the phone began requesting an MCK (network unlock) code and lost carrier connectivity. My carrier and Samsung support were unable to resolve the issue and kept redirecting me elsewhere. I contacted this seller, explained the situation, and they had me ship the device back for evaluation. They reinstalled the official firmware and restored the phone to full working condition. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they handled everything professionally. I appreciate that they stood behind the product even months later and resolved an issue that other parties would not address. Based on my experience, I would purchase from them again.

Phone was delivered on time (3 days) and in excellent condition as advertised. Phone was unlocked and data transfer from old phone was easy. The s25 ultra is so much faster than my old s21 ultra and I really like the s pen. I would definitely recommend Russ Enterprises.

Good price for a good phone. This phone looks good, it has a small scratch near of the charger port, eve that it look great... the screen is in a excellent condition, I like how it looks. It's working perfect.

At first, it appeared to work on Mint Mobile (T-Mobile network), so I assumed everything was fine. I performed multiple factory resets, updated the phone fully, and used it normally. After a Samsung security/modem update, the phone suddenly lost service. When I tried to re-add my eSIM, the phone explicitly warned that the device is locked and activation failed. This is not a glitch — this is a carrier lock being enforced after updates. Yes, compatibility checkers may say this phone “works” on T-Mobile or Mint, but that is not the same thing as being unlocked. This phone was clearly still carrier-locked, and that only became obvious after normal use and required updates — something no buyer would reasonably expect. This is extremely frustrating and misleading, especially since the phone was sold specifically as unlocked. If you plan to use eSIM, an MVNO like Mint, or any carrier flexibility at all, do not trust this listing unless the seller can guarantee true factory unlock status. I am returning this device.

The phone was network lock. But the seller did and excellent job
