I have bought these purely because of the brand Cuisinart. Surprisingly the product quality is very cheap and light weight and didn’t feel like it’s durable. Didn’t expect it from Cuisinart. Completely disappointed with the purchase.

It is a cheap chinese product. Not Cuisinart.

The product received is not the same as the item shown in the description. The picture shows branded ‘cuisinart’ product but the item received was of very poor quality. Really disappointed.

UPDATE (2024): Still like and appreciate these but realised they are less than ideal for thing like rinsing quinoa or small pulses and/or anything with an outer skin/husk as the small pieces get trapped where the mesh meets metal around the rim. I spend so much time trying to knock or rinse quinoa (in particular) from that tight space where the metal secures the mesh that I am now hunting around for a sieve with less of a metal lip. Still a good set, this has held up to almost daily use but I will only use this for powder sifting or draining larger items. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve only used these for a couple of months but they seem durable and well made. I wanted a set of variant sizes and this set has a good range. This is the set I use for my baking so the large size is a good size for sifting (as is the medium size) and I used the medium and small primarily for dusting (sugar/cocoa) and straining (curds/custards). All in all, I am happy with the set thus far.
