This hoodie is the cutest thing!BUY A SIZE UP! After looking everywhere online and reading everyone's reviews, I was still really nervous that the size i bought would not fit me. I am 5.10, and weigh about 140lbs. Usually jackets can be a little short in the sleeves and short in the torso for me. After seeing what other girls posted, I bought the MEDIUM.I've had it about 2 weeks now and I love it. The colors are very true to the picture (some people complained that they were not)It did shrink a little bit, which is good because it was a little bit too big when i pulled it out of the package. After washing it twice and drying it in the dryer, it fits a little more slim but the sleeves did not shrink. On me, the jacket is a little bit wide, which i fixed by sewing the slit on both sides together...made it less baggy too. The sleeves are perfect. The length is great. That didn't shrink too bad.The hood is a joke...i guess its supposed to be. Many people complained about how itchy these hoodies can be. I will admit that at the seams, it's a little more rubbing than other places but its not bad. No need to wear clothes under clothes. Some people also complained about the smell and said that it stank. It does have a smell that won't wash out but it smells like hemp cord. Very natural and not offensive at all. It does drop fuzz everywhere...the first wash and dry was the worst but after this last washing, the fabric has stayed intact and the fuzz dropping has let up a little bit. Just don't be surprised.Overall I'm not gonna lie, this is the best thing I've bought on Amazon so far...i'm very satisfied. If you're on the fence about which baja hoodie to get, go ahead and get this one...you will not regret it!

After looking a tons of similar items & reading all the reviews, this was my pick and SCORE!Sizing: I am female 5'9", 140 lbs & fairly large-chested so usually order an L in tops, but went M with this and it's perfect. The sleeves are a bit long which might bother some (I have long limbs so great for me) and are easy to roll up. It hits me just below my waist & has some form but definitely "hoodie" style - I would consider a size up for layering (I wore a tank underneath in April weather) but I think you're pretty safe going for your normal size.Quality: Looks just like pics, ordered magenta and is definitely more pink than purple (but darker pink.) Quality is nice, no smells, and not itchy! Hood is a little small but I don't use it so no biggie. Front pocket is nice & roomy without allowing things to fall out.Overall: I'm getting another one in Teal!! I got two compliments the first day I wore it (dirty hair & yoga pants, no less!) Definitely recommend, especially for the price!

This is the warmest sweater I have now, and I'm so glad I bought it. I am 5'8'' and 135lbs, ample chest. I ordered a medium of the purple/white/black no zipper and it fits great! No sags where I don't want, the sleeves are perfect length (hit mid palm - I like longer sleeves) and it is loose yet not super baggy. Looks great with skinny jeans and some boots. Forgot to turn our heater on last night and the house was below 60 this morning; I slapped this sweater on and I instantly felt like I was sitting beside a cozy fire. The material is not the softest, but it's not annoyingly scratchy either; rough on the outside, softer on the inside. Pretty sure I am going to live in this sweater all winter. On top of its looks and great warmth factor, it is 100% recycled fabric material, so that's a plus. Only downside is that the hood is way too small, it's more of a statement than a function, but I'm OK with it as I do not wear hoods at all.

UPDATE: After after my first review of the Pinstripe seeming to be a bad knockoff very thin and a lot of neon green striping as opposed to the colors shown I'm updating this from 1 star to 4 based on my recent orders, not because I was asked.Its been over a year since I ordered the Pinstripe and had a bad experience. I didnt even realize I had ordered from the same seller I had given a bad review to, but in the last few months I've ordered 3 more, the purple, mint and the sherbet, which were wonderful! They were great in all aspects as far as quality, softness, color and size. They wash up fine with very little shrinkage if you pull them back into shape and hang dry from my experience, but even as a kid I never dried mine. They are very warm which is perfect for cold desert nights (me and one son) and Colorado winters (my other son), we've all found ourselves sleeping in them because they are so comfortable.I've worn this style on and off for over 30 years and highly recommend the Baja Joe brand. I hope this helps!The reason for 4 stars is because the first one I ordered over a year ago was horrible especially compared to the ones I've received this year. Maybe the first one I ordered was a bad batch or not a true Baja Joe.

I love this so much, it's soft and warm on the inside. I'm an 5'7 180 teen and got a 2XL, I'd get a size big size because for me it shrunk a bit in the washer but overall amazing hoodie

My Baja Hoodie, arrived On Time, is the Correct/Requested Size, AND Looks As Pictured in the ad!!

I was afraid I ordered the wrong size because I had posted a question about sizing and I got “get a size bigger” or that it’s “too small”. Trust your gut. I ordered small because on normal clothing I get medium but with heavy sweaters I tend to choose small because it’s just what fits and doesn’t fit too short or too long. People here confused me and I thought I would have to contact the seller to get a size exchange but it arrived yesterday and it fit perfectly. So I guess what I’m trying to say is: you know what size you normally wear so choose that. The sweater itself is uniquely colored some may be darker or lighter because of the recycled material but I love that factor about it and it’s so comfortable. I would rate it more if I could but I’m just really satisfied and will be buying again once this sweater wears away
