This is a great product. It didn't cause a lot of pain, just a little sting. It dried fast and was also easy to use. That makes it very functional.

This styptic pencil is a vast improvement over the ones I used many years ago. The old ones stung like the devil, and you had to really think about if it was worth stopping the blood from the cut. The Clubman is much improved. Rather than a bitter sting, you get not much more than a tingle, and stopping of the blood flow is instant. I recommend it and would purchase it again.

It really does stop the bleeding fast and doesn't show residue from it on your face. The blood gets on the stick and is visible, but easy to wipe off. My biggest complaint is there is no handle or anything dry to hold onto. It is a solid stick in a clear plastic tube with a cap. I thought the cap was what you hold onto, but is just a cap because the stick falls right off. I guess you just hold onto the stick so you get some of on your hands while you are using it, but not a big deal. I found a slight mild burn when the stick comes into contact with the cut, but nothing you should be afraid of. I expect it will last me for a long time, it works and is relatively inexpensive so when I have used up this stick I plan on purchasing another.

works as well as the old toilet paper method. personally i use quality shave soap so i won't get nicks very often and have thick blood that clots really well. it's nice to have on hand for those couple times a year i need it. i have sensitive skin and these do not bother it at all. it doesn't have any smell at all and isn't powdery so you don't have to worry about inhaling it(dog might sniff it) side note is it just me or does it kinda look like lipstick?

My husband told me I should get one of these pencils. I wish I knew about them sooner! They really do stop bleeding quickly. The pencil will last you forever. Just don’t be like me and drop it, it will break into multiple pieces.
