Great creamy Greek honey! Some people mentioned you could taste a slight taste of pine in it but I didn't in the jar I received. Mine tasted like flower honey and no hint of pine to it. It's a high quality, sweet, creamy honey. It's a pleasant but not an overpowering taste so went especially well with putting it in hot tea (both herbal and black tea.) It helped soothe my throat when it was sore. I even used it in coffee and it went quite well since the taste didn't conflict with the coffee. I like it better than the local honeys where I live so plan on ordering more when the jar runs out.

The media could not be loaded. I went to Ikaria in July and toured the mountains where the hives were kept. I purchased a jar of blossom honey at the packaging facility. The jar is identical. All the honey was extracted from the wax combs in one room then transferred in the next room to pristine stainless steel tanks. There were several types of honey. I wish I could buy the blossom honey, but this will certainly do!

Loved the ikaria honey. Tastes great. Bought two flavors. Unfortunately this jar was delivered damaged, so couldn't taste this particular flavor. Customer service was outstanding in dealing with damaged product. Product has not been available again to be able to try this flavor yet, but will buy once it is available. The other flavor helped me resolve a nasty cold. Highly recommend. Nice flavor.

The taste is flavorful and delicate. I never understood from brands I would buy from the supermarket people could eat spoonful's of honey. But this one I can see doing that. Worth the money and definitely recommend.

I like honey, especially honey with flavor. This is the most delicious honey I have ever tasted. Can't even describe the flavor. This is not thin, clear, bland pasteurized honey. It is thick, cloudy and raw. Amazing stuff.

The honey arrived too crystalized to use.
