We want replacement or money back for bad quality product
Very bad quality of product , I have use for twice and some part broken due to bad quality of materials. This is just very disappointing that after paying very high price for good quality product and received very bad quality product. VERY SHAME FOR AMAZON AND TOSSA COMPANY ALSO

After buying three other brands of campfire toasted sandwich maker I finally found one that works perfectly with the sliced bread sold in the UAE. Very happy with the results. The center seal works well, as does the outer edges. Take your time on the gas burner though… the nonstick coating looks delicate and could be damaged by high heat. In all I highly recommend this one!
