I'm a New Big Sister: A Princess Polly book

Amazing.. my 2 yr old enjoys it a lot.. the book has helped me prepare her for the new baby in every way.. she is really excited to become a new big sister.. she loves it so much that almost memorized it and reads with me..

Nice prints, easy graphics and vocabulary...the best part is , it doesn't emphasis on a particular gender sibling...the musical baby giggle button is the star part of this product. Very concise and to the point book about raising and informing elder sibling ....

Perfect for my niece whose sibling would be coming in few months of time. One star off as she told me that its written that i need to press for sound but its ‘kharab’. Guess, batteries we need to put later. Its a pain as we need to unscrew to put button cell.

My daughter loves this book, especially the giggling baby sounds button that she can press herself. A great book to prepare her on becoming a big sister.

The sound doesn't work!

I’m expecting and it’s a great book that will help me to prepare my older child for the new arrival

We ordered a few books for our 4 year old daughter to prep for her baby brother's arrival. This book hits all of the right topics and is the ONLY book I found to show a mother breastfeeding! It shares in the excitement of baby's arrival, shows how big sister can be a helper, eludes to not all moments being happy (baby cries, and cries) but shows resolution, discusses how mom and dad go to the hospital for a few days while sister stays with grandma (this is very helpful for our situation, but I could see how it would not be relevant for those choosing home birth), and shows how mom and dad still love and play with big sister. Bonus - there is a button to hear baby giggle, which makes it slightly interactive. I watched read alongs for several books on Youtube to know if I liked the storyline and this was our favorite!

The content of the story is great and my older child likes it. I was disappointed, however, that sound of the book did not work upon arrival. I had read in the product description that I should enable sound with the button on the back, which I did, but it still does not work - this feature was a main reason for me to purchase the item in the first place. I did not expect that I would need to obtain new batteries immediately in order to enjoy the book fully.
