much better than the whole husk as does not form lumps - helps in making shakes thick, provides fiber without adding calories. Also If i compare with dabur or other whole husk brands - the prices are comparable despite of this one having another level of processing to make it fine powder.

To have with water it is difficult to swallow it if you are delaying in stirring by 10 seconds and u are having jelly. So as soon as u put powder stir it imediately then u can drink water.

Very finely ground powder. Comes in handy for many keto recipies

For losing weight

Don't know how well it works in all those food fads and hacks we ordered sort of as an experiment to use instead of husk powder and result was a jelly formation even with 1 teaspoon in a full glass of water. Definitely won't order again.

I mix up a morning tonic with lemon,(skin, pulp and seeds) Garlic and EVOO I would add psyllium husk to the mix but this kind jells up too fast. I have to eat it like a pudding vice drinking it. I probably won't buy this product again. Took a really long time to arrive as well!
