For two to three people these are super good,doesnt absorb oil but contant attention is necessary while cooking or else curries will be burnt.if we cook by tossing every 5 mins on medium flame.it will be good.curries retain veggies taste unlike aluminum utensils.its better if size of utensil is increased with same quality and same price

I bought the kadhai and pan exclusively for induction cooktop.Product was delivered on time and the packaging was sturdy.The pan and kadhai look very good with a thick sandwich bottom.A closer look revealed that the sides were just thin steel and not triple layer.That is to be expected at this price.The lid fits perfectly.I have used only for cooking vegetables.My experience so far is that both kadhai and pan are perfect for cooking at the right temperatures.Any overheating ( even slightly) can burn the food .So understanding ones induction stove is important.When used at the right setting ( eg. 400 for tempering, 800 for saute and 1600 after adding water) will cook the food well without any of it sticking to the bottom.The sides, handle or kid do not become hot to touch normally.But if heavy steam is escaping from the hole in the lid, it heats up the pan handle and lid.Washing is easy. Nonscrubbing required. To maintain the shiny looks use only sponge and no scotch brite.It comes out clean in the dishwasher.The size is ideal for cooking for two.Happy with the purchase .

It's an average make.. Can't bet as a repeat purchase

Initially I was very apprehensive of ordering this product as I had never used any of the pristine products, however my views have totally changed post receiving the package. Truly convinced that Amazon has products which are true value for money. Excellent quality and used by me for daily cooking. Would highly recommended this product to all

I made breakfast and kept the pristine pan aside to cook something else. I later covered it with its glass lid. After 5 mins I find that lid has completely cracked and broken. I had to throw away food. I have been using another brand Vinod for 5 years now and even with heavy cooking it never cracked. I chose this brand for lower cost and good reviews. Pristine could have charged 100 rs more and given a good quality durable lid. Cookware otherwise is fine but buy without lid. I didn't get replacement or refund as I didn't keep the packaging. Who expects a good brand to send faulty product and keeps price tags and all intact?

I am a regular user pf PRESTIGE stainless steel cookwares, this time i went for the PRISITINE brand. I got the item in a good packing. The Fry pan & Kadai looks good. I used both the items and observed the below1. Fry pan is heavy whreelse the Kadai is light weight2. A DENT appeared on the Fry pan after it heated on the induction at a temperature of 700. it is as if someone has hammered it from the bottom. I use my prestige stainless steel cookware at the same temperature and did not face any such issue.2. There are some black spots on the inner surface of the Kadai, which did not go even after the following the cleaning instruction that came with the item.3. After using the Kadai for deep frying , i realized that there were more black spots that appeared after use- as if the item is corroded. This spots did not go even after cleaning.I did not return the item as i have already used it. It possible to return after use, i will definately do it.Pls do not buy the product if you are purchasing it as a long time investment. Better you go for Prestige product.

An excellent and very very economical starter kit for getting started with Induction Cooking. The quality of the product is awesome and is very easy to maintain and also this is Dishwasher safe. Retains the same very original shine even after a very long time of usage. The glass lid is also of excellent quality. Packaging was excellent.The only reason I have take away one star and giving only four stars is that in my case the glass lid is not correctly fitting on the cookwares and there is a small gap when we close the lid. But I am hoping that this issue may not be present for everyone purchasing this product.The other thing is that I wished there were two separate glass lids included instead of providing a single common lid for the two cookwares. At least there should have been an option for the buyer to opt for an additional glass lid even if it meant a little extra cost.Other than these two issues, product wise it is really really excellent and very economical too.And as far as packaging of the product I would give complete five stars to Amazon. Excellent packaging by Amazon and timely delivery of product.

Yeah these are great, came with a little indent in the Kadai, and the handles do get warm when cooking so take care, but otherwise really happy with it, light weight and if you take care of it when cooking, it will last forever.
