I would like to know if you sell this same rim specifications but 18 inch?

Unfortunately, we do not carry this wheel on the 18".

Are the center caps replaceable and if so, what are the dimensions?

We are unfortunately not sure what other center caps can fit and replace on our wheels. The measurement of the cap is 75mm in diameter, and 30mm width. The measurement of the decal is 67.10 mm.
