I sent this to my sister who had broken her arm quite badly, was in a lot of pain and obviously feeling down. It was a good alternative to flowers and cards which she had already received and easy to pop in the post as I live in a different town. She really appreciated it and rang me as soon as she saw it , It was a bit smaller and flimsier than I expected but on the other had it was pretty and that made it easier to slip into a standard envelope.
