Where is the flow restrictor located?

The flow restrictor is located behind the screened washer inside of the shower head holder. The 2.5 GPM flow regulator is green and the 1.75 GPM flow regulator is blue.

Does the shower head angle down?

Yes, the shower holder can be adjusted up to 23 degrees to get the shower head spray into the center of your shower.

Does this ship to California?

The 2.5 GPM version is not California-compliant, so it does not ship to California. If you need a California-compliant option, please choose the 1.75GPM version, which has the CEC certification.

Do you need any plumbing experience for the installation?

No, there’s no plumbing experience needed to install our product. Every box comes with everything you need plus a detailed instructions manual.
