This is good enough for me:"Our products do not contain parabens, silicones, lead, dea/tea, phtalates, sls/sles, mineral oil, petrolatum & fragrance"It will break and that is still fine, just need to get hang of how to use it and it won't be a problem, their Calendula lip balm was also fine, do not know why it is no longer available.

This is a rejuvenating lip balm .. but the bullet always is broken from the base that too.. ..I do not want to return it as the company claims to deliver organic products and do not want to discourage them in this initiative.Nonetheless .. will advise if they can research more if thry wantbto maintain the bullet or bring the product in mini tub form for all the lipsticks and balms.

Product quality is good but the stick broke from it's base in the very first application so it disappointed me as it's expensive as compared to other lip balms. It's something that I wanted to carry in my bag but since it's broken from it's base So easily that one cannot carry along. I wished it would be strong at it's base for a good application as the consistency of the product is little harder and doesn't glide easily so a stronger hold at it's base is expected.

Nice product. Fragrance is mild and feel like ghee while applying. But the stick is very sensitive should be handled with care. Eco Friendly packing. It accidently slipped from my hands and got a scratch mark as if it is about to break (even though the lid is in closed position). It is colourless and only gives moisturising effect to lips. Quality is good but the price is high and the quantity is small. Overall an excellent product with no harsh chemicals (as claimed on the product label). More results yet to see after continuous usage.

Love the smell and the product itself but the stick was broken when the package was opened. Hence the 3 stars.

Very moisturizing.There's no fuss about gloss or tint or weird smells. Its supposed to moisturise the lips and does it pretty well. Been using for over a year now, can't do without it.

good n impressed for first 3days, but 4th day the dryness of lips reappeared. maybe needs more intensive moisturizing.am on a hunt fir an effective lip balm since a decade still on...

It doesn’t make lips soft. No effect after multiple application

Cute packaging but the tip pokes out too much. It would easily break if too much pressure is applied.

I don't think I will buy soultree again. I don't see any benefit in its use. I was really disappointed that the beautiful shade did not transfer to my thirsty lips and even with rigorous determination in application, I could not see any benefit in its use!

This stuff does wonders for my lips! I have kidney disease so I’m always dehydrated and my lips are constantly hurting and dry but with this stuff I’m never in that latter position
