I was a bit concerned based on other peoples reviews however mine worked great. Solved the clogged sewer drain issue easily. Well worth the money vs hiring a professional plumber that costs more and tries to upsell.

The first time I used it, the spiral head for my power snake tool came off and got stuck inside a sewer pipe. I had to switch to a different head that I had used with another machine, not the same one. Amazingly, I managed to fish out the head that had gotten stuck in the sewer line, but the material is poorly made. I'm quite disappointed with the head.

I have never had a problem using a sewer snake before this one. I ended up buying another sewer snake at a local store to fix my sewer line. I would like to send it back and get my money back
