How to use for bread?

Actually I'm saying it from my personal experience... Please use Luke warm water and sugar to dissolve the yeast and keep it at a dry warm place for proofing for at least 10 mins. or until you notice bubbles on top of the mixture which denotes that the yeast it once again activated, then mix it with flour. I suppose its best to mix 1/4th of a teaspoon of yeast for 450 gms of flour. In fact I've got desired results with this combination only.

What's the actual expiry date?

The pack I've bought says that it expires on 05-2020. But so far I know that if instant dry yeast is kept in the freezer in an airtight container then it can be preserved for much longer.
