It's a good probiotic. It helps a lot with your system, making you feel less heavy. It's helped my mom and me a lot, and the best part is that it's also helped us lose weight, and it doesn't have a strong taste or smell. It's very practical and easy to prepare. I personally drink a bottle of water in the morning and add my probiotic packet.

I drink it with anything, mainly water because it taste good. It has such a nice flavor. PACKAGING: Wonderful! The Box came sealed! And it brings little cute packets which makes it easy to have it in my purse, office, and at home! It is easy to open. And usually probiotics has to be in the refrigerator to keep them fresh and alive but, this powder is perfect, ready to go! SKIN: the second day I took it, my coworkers said: “Your skin is glowing!” Lol! I don’t have acne issues, only PMS 1 or 2 breakouts but, not all the time! With this product, I don’t have nothing! My skin is more hydrated, and the feeling of dry and oily skin doesn't exist, my skin is now even (no opened pores), it looks so good, clean and smooth. Literally my first day drinking it. Guess I didn't pay attention and I mixed it with cold water. There is no taste and no after taste!!! I'm happy so I can easily mix it with other things like coffee or smoothies and not tell it's there. I hope drinking it everyday will help improve my...system haha if I remember I will come back with an update. But the good reviews made me buy it, so I more than likely will be happy! If so I hope I remember to change my rating to 5 stars!

I've been backed up for a while and I brush my teeth, scrape my tongue, Floss and water pik. My breath smelled horriblelike sulfur, it kept getting worse by day 2 of no pooping. I've had issues for over a decade of trying different things. Nothing helped. And then I 💩 but it wasn't much. My breath got worse. No tonsil stones or cavities. I knew it was my gut. I tried probiotic gummies, not strong enough. I tried digestive enzymes, not strong enough, chlorophyll, didnt work for this but helped everywhere else. I can't swallow big pills. Anyways. This had me running to the bathroom within like 4 or 5 hours. And my breath already smells better already. Not as strong. It's not perfect, still smells bad, but my gut is still letting off odor. But it's better. I was burping and farting and the smell is horrendous so please don't take this and leave the house. Take it as soon as you're in for the night. Just in case. Atleast for the first time to see how you react. So far its good. I'll update in a week if I can remember. So I can tell yall about the morning breath too. And if it has any noticeable vaginal benefits. I'm a pcos girly too and that's another story. Ugh. Update 11/26/25... Had to pair this with my tongue scraper an tums. I have avid reflex. I also had to up my water intake and fiber. THIS IS NOT A FIX ON ITS OWN. But it's helped so much.

Ive been taking these for over a month. I’ve been having issues with bowel movements begging regular. So far, i’m not seeing any change in my digestion but have noticed my bloating to be less noticeable than usual. Have about 4 packets left and I’d say the only remarkable thing about these is the bloating suppressing aspect. There’s no flavor to these so drinking in plain water or any beverage is fine.

I've used this for almost a full month. I am on a GLP-1 so constipation is a big issue for me. This has helped me TREMENDOUSLY, I go almost regularly now. highly recommend. I drink one every morning alongside some Benefiber in my morning protein coffee. It's a great product.

I used to take these before my wedding years ago, i wish I had never stopped. They worked so well. I almost even forgot about these. I ordered some and I forget how life-changing this. Can be I have pcos, and this has helped out more then anything with bloating and dark pigmentation, you really need to use for more then month to see results, it take 2/3 months for dark spots to be reduce, its helps my periods, my pcos, my bloating and diarrhea. For those who are constipated, though, it might cause diarrhea in the beginning. A lot of things require an adjustment period. Just by walking for 20 minutes a day, taking these. In adding two eggs to my diet, I lost forty five pounds and six months before my wedding. I don't have as much to lose this time, but i'm hoping it'll help me with my fifteen pounds of stubbornness.
