This tape really works on protecting my knees and keeping them secure. I feel little to no pain when they are taped. when properly taped, the tape lasts for four days. I follow the directions on the box and cut the tape to have two pieces on my knee. The first is to position my knee correctly and the second is for support. To me this tape is better than the knee sleeves.

Great for all injuries. It comes with a list of things you can wrap and instructions. If you need more of a tutorial you can go online and check out their website. Or look up some of their videos on youtube. The wrap is really helpful and cushions the injury. It is easy to self apply or you can get someone to do it. My advice is to careful how you stretch the band. And always keep the backing on before you apply. Or else the backing adhesive can get less sticky. it will stick to your skin for about 3-5 days which is their promise. It does not come off in the shower. However, when taking it off, I suggest rubbing it in hot water for a while and letting the adhesive loosen instead of ripping it off. Great for all muscle injuries. If you like the kT tape pro synthetic elastic, you can try the original cotton one as well. The original one is a little thicker and has a different feel to the outside of the strip.

Bought on the advice of my physio. It does give added support to the base of my right foot where i suffer from plantar fasciitis.
