will the color disappear out of clothing after being washed?

I guess it depends on the fabric, but I've accidentally marked my clothes before, and it came out just fine after washing.

Can you refill these? and where do you get the refills?

It does say they are refillable in the title and description: Minimize waste - you'll get years of use out of these whiteboard markers using our 487 15 refill jar! I have not tried it yet, as I'm waiting to buy refills until I actually need to refill one.
