Are the tips food grade silicone or just the handles?

Yes, the tips are food grade silicone. We love the quality and they don’t scratch my pots and pans..

Are these safe for the grill and non stick pans? Would you recommend this for flipping fish and trying to keep anything from falling into the grates

I think they are heat safe up to 300 or 500 degrees. They work well, but they have a semi spoon shape to them, so you have to be skilled with them when flipping. I think there are better tools out there for using on the grill though. A grill can get up to 700 degrees.

Are these beveled to a fairly thin point on the ends?

They are slightly beveled, but I would not call it fairly thin. The ends feel like they may be silicone, and are slightly flexible. I have nylon spatulas which are thinner, for instance.
