We have been taken these for about 3 months approximately. I like this brand because it’s organic and affordable. My husband takes 2 at night and I take 2 in the morning. We haven’t seen any mayor different in our memory just yet! I know my husband thinks that these help him sleep and for me it kept me up. So I decided to take them in the morning instead and so they didn’t make me sleepy/drowsy- so it worked for me. So we will keep taking them for another couple moths and hopefully we could see any results. I know these type of herbs takes time.

I found no odor, all seem to be the same. Quality unknown, I will know in a few years if it is effective,

I just started to take this vitamin. I must wait some time to evaluate it.
