To be honest I haven't affixed these yet but I can see that they appear to be a far better construction from the ones that I have used so far - so on that basis I have given a rating of fives and fours until I need to renew my present ones which are, at the moment, just about 'clinging on'!!! - Very many thanks from DaveP

Expensive and average quality.
Quite expensive for what is essentially a couple of plastic fittings. I only needed one of the two and it didn’t stay firm in the hole of the toilet so kept spinning around. I eventually had to take it out, wind the thread in as much as I could to get it started then jammed it back in the toilet and finish tightening. Not great but we got there in the end. Don’t hold out much hope of it lasting.

Replacement for broken hinge.
The hinges on my toilet seat were broken and you took your life in your own hands every time you sat on seat ….ordered these bad boys and they haven’t disappointed at all!! Easy to fit and you can now use the toilet in the knowledge that you won’t trap anything and the seat stays in place….Great price and easy to fit!!!

Rubbish quality
These were to replace a broken part. There was no thread on the bottom part and therefore no bite to hold it in position. Bought a new toilet seat with a nut on the base which is a much better way of fixing and also makes it adjustable. Also the fixing broke when trying to remove it for the new toilet sea which meant I had to hammer it for removal. Useless bit of kit.
