Pretty easy to set up, but the instructions for routing the cables through the pulleys are on little sheets of paper in the bags of pulleys, not in the actual instruction book. So far, I am impressed with the gym functions. It is great if you are just getting into working out and need a starter gym. The weight stack says it goes up to 122.5 pounds but the rod doesn’t reach the bottom plate, so really it’s only 110 pounds useable. Other than that, it’s pretty solid and functions well. Im 56 and just getting started working out regularly. It works for me.

An excellent choice for the price. Very sturdy, heavy and very easy 9 steps and 3 hours to put together. Great product.

Flimsy and loose peck fly

Excellent machine. Easy assembly. Came with tools necessary but having socket and ratchet speeds things up a bit.

It’s a nice machine, it’s good for a 67 year old. Not hard to put together, if you are handy with tools. It is sturdy enough, not flimsy. The pads for the leg lifts are too hard, so I don’t use the leg lifts. My previous machine had thicker and softer pads. The smaller weight on top of the stack was cracked and leaking sand. I had to patch it with rubber glue.

Nice gym set for the price took about 2 1/2 hours to put together highly recommend using a ratchet set would take much longer with the tools they supplied. Instructions are a bit confusing no written details just pictures, but was able to figure it out pretty easily.
