These dilators are a great option for anyone suffering from Vaginismus. Very effective and functional. The shape is great, the tip support gradual penetration with less resistance. They are softer than the plastic ones, so you can feel more confident during the exercises, as they will bend if they find resistance and you will know you are tightening the muscles too much, reminding you to relax them. The ring for pulling them is a good size and the difference in sizes between units is a good gradual change. They are not heavy at all, easy to use (remember the breathing and relaxing part!). If you need support in your vaginismus journey, please consider consulting a Psychosexual Therapist and a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
