Generally under the swimsuit but you can have them just wear the swimmers. We do if we are in our pool, lake or at the beach

Really nice

I’ve only used this once to take baby into the pool. It doesn’t absorb any water so it doesn’t get heavy and swell up like regular diapers. Baby was quite comfortable. You put them on the baby like regular diapers.
