I use this every day. I dissolve it in hot water, then make my cappuccino on top of it. It takes a little whisking to get it to dissolve. The flavor just adds a bit to the richness of the milk in the cappuccino. I tried a grass-fed cow whey, but I found it hard to digest. I could tolerate a teaspoon or so, but a larger quantity would give me stomach pain. I have no such trouble with this goat whey.

I struggle to eat enough, or often enough, so I put this powder in my chocolate milk to get a higher protein breakfast on the go. It's an acquired taste, but half a scoop of this in 8 ounces of chocolate milk mixed with a protein shaker works well. I recommend using a straw to get past the "foam". When I get time, I'll try this in chocolate pudding. Great quality, and it's storing very well while I work my way through it.

Although this powder looks very much like goat whey, as another reviewer stated it tastes like cheese. Specifically it tastes very similar to nutritional yeast used on popcorn to imitate the flavor of cheese. Honestly, I wonder if it's actually even Goat Whey? Note: I generally love goat whey, fresh goat milk, goat cheese, etc. Have been consuming goat products for years and actually often prefer the taste to regular cows milk. But this product contains 317mg!! of sodium per serving scoop (33g) 14% of recommended daily allowance, which is clearly pictured on the listing though I didn't notice it when ordering. The Goat Whey Protein Concentrate I usually purchase (also just one ingredient) contains only 15mg per 30g scoop / 1% of daily allowance....so this product has over 10x more sodium, reflected in the taste. I just looked at several other Goat Whey Protein products available, and the highest sodium content I found is 40mg per 28grams. Maybe all straight Goat Whey (not 'Concentrate') has this crazy amount of sodium, I don't know? But it definitely doesn't taste right, and is definitely not healthy (for most people anyway) to consume this much sodium daily in a breakfast smoothie. Also didn't notice the product is non-refundable when I purchased. Though calling Amazon customer service to explain my complaint and concern that this is a defective product, I was promptly granted a full refund.

I am looking for a good quality protein powder that i can take. I like the taste of this and it seems to blend well into warm liquid and tastes much like regular milk, it just affects me similar to regular dairy.

I drink goat milk so I expected a “goat” flavor but it is so mild that when blended with Ripple milk, fruit and stevia I don’t taste the goat milk flavor at all. It wouldn’t bother me if it did because I like goat milk, but it only tastes creamy. Also more easily digestible for me than any plant based protein products I have tried!
