Organic Hemp See Oil

I’ve used hemp oil only once so far in my cold process soaps but I plan on using it again soon. It did a good job of keeping the skin hydrated as it contains lots of fatty acids. It also helped create great lather. However, it does have a green tint to the oil so you may not want to use it in certain soaps to avoid unwanted discoloration.

This is my favorite all purpose oil. I’ve been using it for several years. It took me a long time to find a product for my face that helped with acne, as most products create more oils and clog pores. I’ve tried at least 20 different things for a few months each and nothing helped like this did. This is lightweight and it absorbs in your skin not leaving it extra oily or overly shiny. It helps balance out the ph in your skin. It works equally well on the body. Enough moisture to produce a light shine but nothing that sits on top of your skin like lotion does. It has a slight nutty odor, which I personally love. When I spray on perfume afterwards, the oil helps the perfume last longer. Tastes great on salads and there are lots of health benefits. The color is slightly green but that obviously doesn’t stay on your skin. I don’t think this is for skin that needs extra, extra moisture.

Miracle oil! Very affordable! It feels like it fixed a lot of my health issues! My hair started to grow more new hair. My knee pain gone. I feel over all excellent with my health since I started taking it! I just purchased my 4th bottle. I will keep buying!

I use it as a moisturizer at night. Keeps my skin soft/glowy and inflammation down. Great for those with rosacea. Calms skin down. I keep it in the fridge. Drinking it gave me the runs though but applied as a moisturizer is great!

The product of the quality is as suspected for an unrefined hempseed oil. However much like many comments you may get a bottle with an expiration date of 6months or less. Unless you plan on using the entire bottle in a short time either don’t buy a lot or go with a different brand. Other than that it’s a good quality oil.

I take a shot of this every morning to keep my skin moisturized and soft. When I take a break from using it, within 3/4 days I can feel the skin on my hands and feet and shins drying out and no amount of external moisturizer helps. I think it’s a great value for money when I think how long a bottle lasts.

Received today, 12/1/2025 … I think the photo speaks for itself. I have ordered this organic hemp oil from Manitoba Harvest for years with no issue hence the three stars rather than one but I must say I’m highly disappointed I received an 11 month old bottle that expires in one month and is already a bit more brown than its usual green.
