Both the packing and the product are damaged
The media could not be loaded. I have received a damaged product. Both the packing and the product are damaged. The dog food inside the packet is also spoiled. Kindly do the needful, either replace the damaged product or refund the amount.

The quality and packing was amazing but my dog is not eating it.. Don't know why.. He's eating farmina more than this.. It's his choice after all

Good option during dog's kidney problem
My dog is suffering from kidney problem. Vet suggested renal food is best during this condition. My dog likes this food. Renal food contains right amount of nutrients so that body can digest and absorb these nutrients. Due to kidney problem body accumulates lot of toxins and dog's body does not get enough nutrition. That's why renal food is recommended.

Packaging cut open
I received an open packet. The seal was not broken but the pack was slit from the side of the packet and as a result more than half of the packet was empty. I have ordered this multiple times but this is the first time I faced an issue like this. If the pack was slit for some reason it shouldn’t have been shipped.
