This is a NICE big pump bottle which will last a while, so it’s good value for the cost. I tried it primarily for some stubborn body breakouts, ingrown hair and razor bumps. So far, I’ve only used it once, and it’s fantastic. Instead of red, bumpy skin, it leaves behind smooth and clear soft skin. I’m really impressed. It’s a 12% lactic acid solution (lactic acid seems to be the only thing that works for me) and you only need one or two small pumps of product. It doesn’t have much of a smell. I used it on my rough feet, too, and they are already softer. Much more effective than Tend Skin for the body, and a great lotion for rough spots anywhere.

Bought this because I was getting some awful folliculitis along the back of my bikini line while sailing - it works to clear it up, definitely, and moisturizes without feeling greasy if your skin is dry when applied.However...this stuff smells very strong and “medical”. Don’t think you’ll be using it right before a date to have a soft butt. I’ve found the most effective way time to use is after towel-drying out of the shower when your pores are still open.Dropping a star because of the (long-lasting) smell, there are other products I found while researching that either had no smell or were pleasant and in the same price range with similar 4.5-5 star reviews.

Every year around the winter time my skin gets super dry and starts to crack with my feet being by far the worst. I usually use one of those store brand lotions that give very little relief but this year I decided to try something stronger. I started to use this exfoliating lotion once a day on my feet a couple times a week on my elbows and hands. No more dry skin, no more peeling dry spots that crack and bleed either. I'm ordering my next bottle now.

This lotion did help with roughness, and it did last a full day. But it smells terrible. I had to use either a scented lotion with it, or use body spray to cover it up.

Dr.Dray recommended this product in her video regarding KP (keratosis pilaris). This is by far the best product I’ve used, my skin felt so smooth. I wish it were cheaper so I could use it forever. Once you stop using your skin will get bumpy again but that’s just the nature of KP. I will definitely repurchase and might get enough bottles to last me a few months.

This lotion really does work on the KP I have on my legs, but I can't stand how much it burns! I must have more KP than others, because I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this (i know its the lactic acid). Great product, but I can't keep using it.

I didn’t know I had KP until recently, I just thought that’s how my skin was and I hated wearing shorts or showing off my legs where I had it. HAD IT. It’s now gone after a few days of using this twice a day, once in the morning and before bed. I’m ecstatic. I’ve tried a few other products that haven’t worked and was starting to give up hope. This is worth a try if you’re insecure like I was!

What it said not true..been a week try it at first felted cool then when my legs get try omg wash my leg wait until dry them put lotionMy legs are irritated OMG got worst 😢
