I was skeptical about this working as I have tried other snoring aides without any success. This is the business it stopped my snoring instantaneously i.e. from the very first night of use. I have used for 10 consecutive nights and only had one night where I felt uncomfortable; other than that I arise feeling energized with a clear head and throat. Note these do stick very securely and may hurt when removing but you'll get used to it.

This is the best one- the mask stays on all night, and there is good evidence it stops snoring. A bit pricey, but the best. Easy to remove in the morning

Don’t Waste your money, have nothing positive to say about this product and is definitely not ‘beard friendly’ in the slightest, would give -5 stars if it was an option

Bought these for my husband , he has a beard and other strips we’ve bought have either not stuck or stuck too well .. these he reported this morning were great . Stayed on all night and comfortable and not difficult to remove . Bit expensive - if these continue to work I may buy a roll of this type of tape ! Dropped a star because of the cost

This product is excruciatingly expensive but I have tried three others so far from Amazon and they don't work as well as this one in various ways. It's annoying that this product is SO expensive when it's possible to get alternatives that are 10% of the price. Ultimately, the glue they use has the perfect balance of stickiness and release. It doesn't irritate the face, works with stubble, doesn't peel off when it gets hot at night, doesn't require a warm shower in the morning to get it off, and the fabric does the intended job. I've given it three stars - this does not reflect its functionality but does reflect how inconceivably expensive the product is. I will continue to also try other mouth tape products from Amazon - and will come back with an update if I find a cheaper alternative that performs equally well.

Good quailty and great value for money.

As far as promoting nasal breathing and staying on all night - absolutely. But beard friendly? Absolutely not. It’s it brutally painful to remove. Utterly horrendous. I wish I could use this but it’s impossible.

Chris Evans has raved about mouth tape on his Virgin radio show (though not this particular brand). I've got to admit, it took a couple of nights to get used to them, but it was worth it. I've noticed a better quality of sleep since using and I have woken less, strangely I used to wake more for a drink of water, because the tape forces you to breath through your nose, I now don't snore and don't wake thirsty! Paired with my sleep spray from H2k (recommended+++) and my eye mask (also +++), I am now experiencing the best sleep I have ever had and believe me when I say... I have tried many many sleep products, including weighted blankets, oils, sprays, diffusers and and and!! So my recommendation to you.. (1) H2k Sleep Spray (2) A cheap no frills eye mask - don't buy the gimmick masks (3) Hostage Mouth Tape.

Der Trick, mit dem viele offenbar Schwierigkeiten haben, besteht darin, das Tape für ein paar Sekunden fest über den Mund zu drücken, bevor man loslässt. Man kann es nicht einfach wie ein Pflaster aufkleben. Wenn man diesen Schritt befolgt, hält es die ganze Nacht über fest. Ich habe einen ziemlich langen Bart und benutze dieses Tape jetzt seit etwa einem Jahr. Das einzige Problem, auf das ich gestoßen bin, hat mit Feuchtigkeit zu tun. Wenn man zum Beispiel feuchte Lippen hat, weigert sich das Tape komplett zu kleben. Deshalb sollte man darauf achten, dass der Mundbereich vor dem Anbringen trocken ist! While it is true that it is not perfect, it does hold well. The trick that many seem to be struggling with is to hold the tape firmly over your mouth for a few seconds before letting go. You cannot just put it on like a band-aid. If you follow this step it holds tight for the whole night. I have a pretty long beard and have been using this tape for about 1 year now. The only problem that I have encountered is with moisture. If you have wet lips for example the tape will refuse to stick at all, so try to keep your mouth area dry before applying!
