Liked the product's appearance. Well packaged for shipping. Directions were well written and easy to follow. Parts were well packaged, clearly labeled and spares were included. SO what's the problem? I ordered 3 boxes for a total of 6 chairs. First 2 boxes went together perfectly BUT the 2 chairs in the last box had the anchors for the seat bolts slightly misaligned which made it almost impossible to attach the seats. Spent more time trying to attach seats on these 2 chairs then entire assembly of previous 4 chairs. Very frustrating when I knew how easily they can be assembled. Otherwise it would have been an easy rating of 5.

Was quite surprised at the strength of chairs & overall cushions. Take the time to level them properly thats the only thing you need to spend a little time on.

Sturdy and comfortable!

It's hard to buy chairs online, especially when you have users who drastic vary in height and weight but so far these chairs have proven to work well around our dining table. The pattern is pretty and the cushion is ample. I really like the nail head trim as it adds a little distinction. They seem pretty sturdy even though they are fairly lightweight. They were a bit of work to put together but I'm happy with the end product.

Absolutely love the chairs, but the directions to put together is another thing. Things were not marked and instructions were very vague and a few of the holes didn't line up as well as they should have. The first one took a long time to figure out what I was doing. The second one was AWFUL. Took forever to get it together. Finally I got it all lined up. The third one was faster and the last one was a breeze. So we love them, but horrible to put together.:(
