Great Price, Great Energizer, and Great Flavor!!
This is the best tea you will ever have. I enjoyed the flavor. And it energized me more than teas with caffeine without the crash at the end. I'm definitely buying more of these. And the price is cheap and yet you get so much tea bags. It's a great deal!

Great refreshing drink
So, I saw a short program on the health benefits of this tea. Specifically, antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties of the tea and its use by greek shepherds. I brew up a 20 oz. glass each night and after it steeps, I place it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, before I run or hike I drink the fully chilled tea down. It's a nice start to the day. It's very flavorful and doesn't have caffeine which is great.

Light and delicious
This tea is light, flavorful and delicious. The tea bags are sturdy and roomy for water to flow and infuse the leaves. It's a little pricey but worth the money.

Bags break
As advertised. I haven’t been drinking it long enough to attest or deny the health benefits. My complaint is that the yeast bags break easily and then I have to filter my tea.

It grew on me and I LOVE it
As far as the benefits go from drinking this, I can't speak to anything tangible. I don't notice any energy improvement or any other noticeable effects. I do feel like there are some health benefits from drinking it though, so whether or not I can physically feel them or not may not be important. As for the taste, personally I can't stomach it by itself. I am not a fan of teas in general, and although I can "force" myself to drink it, it makes my stomach feel funny and head hurt. However, I did add some lemon to it and I have been able to drink it no problem. I feel like I just have a sensitivity to floral teas and aromas which is why it causes the stomach and head stuff because it goes away once the lemon is mixed in. After realizing the lemon improves it, I have been drinking it daily with no hesitation. The contents of the bags looks like a bunch of ragweed and stuff that I'd be allergic to, so hopefully there are some health benefits locked away in all that ragweed(haha). Not sure if it is this stuff or not but I think it may help me sleep better which is nice since I've taken everything there is prescription wise and nothing really helps me sleep. And don't get me wrong this doesn't knock me out or anything but does relax me. EDIT: I've been drinking this every evening for several months now and I love this stuff and don't want to run out. Also I was getting sick pretty frequently, but I haven't gotten sick once since drinking this(over 8 months now). Definitely sleeping better and feeling better during the day as well after consistently drinking it, so stick with it.

Greek Mountain Tea in Convenient Form
"Greek Mountain Tea" (tea made from Sideritis plants) tastes like a fusion of chamomile, light mint, and Mediterranean herbs such as sage and oregano. Originally I was only interested in the health benefits but didn't like the flavor. Somehow it grows on you over time and you develop a taste for it. No wonder people from Greece love it when they've been drinking it since childhood. It also blends well with other teas such as mint, chamomile, or fireweed (Ivan Tea). According to some medical studies, the Sideritis plant has adaptogenic, antimicrobial, antidepressant, and wound-healing properties among various other benefits. I've noticed that I feel more alert and energetic after drinking it regularly, and after researching later found out it was basically used as an adaptogen by Greeks living in the mountains, especially shepherds. Usually Greek Mountain Tea is sold in loose-leaf form, especially outside of Greece itself, so it's great to now have it available in convenient tea bags. The only issue I have is that these teabags tend to give off a weak taste, possibly because of the way they are stored. (The teabags are inside a clear ziploc bag inside the box, which is itself wrapped in clear plastic. And if it's a pack of 3 boxes those are also in another clear plastic bag). Perhaps the layers of clear plastic weren't enough to protect the herbs (usually mylar is better) or it had something to do with the way they were handled/processed before being packaged. In any case, you need 2-3 bags to get a taste comparable to what loose leaf Greek Mountain Tea will give you, and you're paying 65-75 cents per bag here. This same product is probably much cheaper in Greece itself though. Then again, 1 bag might be good enough if you use a small teacup (I make tea in a mug).

Wonderful little pyramids of Greek Mountain Tea. It is the only brand I like. I drink it each day. Wonderful!

Delicious
This tastes earthy and delicious -- a subtle flavor, not overly strong. A friend recommended that I drink it when I feel a cold coming on. It works brilliantly! And I like the taste so much that I drink it regularly.
