Easy install! No more standing out in heat to water!

I live in an arid section of New Mexico and to grow stuff I rely heavily on hoses, hose connectors, and weeper/soaker hoses. I buy a lot of them and conscientiously read the reviews here on Amazon.I hate to say this but several of the brand names that I have trusted -- e.g., Gimour, Nelson -- no longer seem to produce consistently good products. These companies no longer manufacture in the US and this may be part of the problem. Quality control seems to be nil -- you can get something decent or you can get ****. This has been amply documented in excellent reviews by others, but nothing changes.So at this point, I have decided to go inexpensive. I can get three of these and qualify for free shipping. I'll come back let everyone know how it worked out.Update: April 9, 2013. These soakers are working well. I bought six more.Update: May 31, 2013. These have gone up in price 25% since I first bought. Not such a good deal anymore.

Ordered two.Both were garbage.One worked a week longer than the other.Total working time before all the water came out of the base-end, two weeks.

Not impressed, was hoping for a soaker hose that actually soaked the ground, this one only weeps a small amount of water. Too early to comment on sturdiness .
