We lived in India and this tea allows me to mimic the way chai tastes over there! I have this tea on authorship!!!! It’s a must for authentic chai! Strong, bold, but not bitter tea!!!!

Very tasty.

Was getting bored with several different types of Irish black tea and English breakfast teas, so gave this organic Assam CTC loose tea a try. This brews up a very solid tea; it develops nicely between 4-5 minutes of brewing. It is nicely strong and stands up to milk and sugar very well. Not as malty in character as my favorite Assam tea, but definitely a step up from what we had been consuming. Will keep this in stock at our home.

Quality

We do not do tea bags. I am very particular about my tea and this on meets our family taste. We use this exclusively when I am in Seattle.

Happy with the taste...strong, bold, good with milk or half 'n half...no grassy taste like some black tea blends. But I am not happy with the amount of tea "dust". I have not seen this amount of dust in Assam teas from other quality sources. Maybe I just got the bottom of the bin?
