They work!! I took one and had no problem falling asleep and I was not groggy in the morning.

I have been using this for years. Once in a while I need something to help me relax enough to fall asleep, and I have always had success with midnights. Usually if I've napped during the day, or slept in late on the weekend, and come Sunday night I cannot fall asleep, this does the trick. It works for me in 10-15 minutes, and I'm out. No groggyness or any I'll effects the next day. I let it dissolve on my tounge, no need for water but I drink some anyway. Tastes pretty good too. Pays for itself sometimes in one of the 30 tablets, because I never would have fallen asleep nearly as fast. I'd be up at 1:30 am on a day I have to be up at 6:30, and I can't do that. Not only because I'll be extremely exhausted at 4:30 the next day(which promotes more napping), but also because I hate laying in bed wide awake and thinking about a million things when I should have been asleep two hours before.This is really only for people that just need help falling asleep, like me. I have never had trouble staying asleep on my own. Although I'm sure it would help others too. I like that it's natural, and inexpensive. My other 2 reasons for choosing midnights.

Works well during long flights. From time to time, I will take when having trouble falling asleep. You must sleep at least six hours according to the directions. I have used this product several times over the years.

I liked receiving the product I wanted. I have used it before. It's for restful sleep and it did help me.

Can’t live without it. Tastes great. Love that it melts so I can take it after I already have my retainer in.

If this had been what was ordered but it was the wrong dose. It is too expensive to let it go. I order the regular strength and was sent the “Back to Sleep”, lighter dose. Wasnt sble to connect any way to exchange.
