Arrived in perfect condition ,Amazingly Excellent Quality of soft comfortable Perfect Quality Leather, very easy assimpled with very short time without help or difficulity , I strongly recommended for any one using an office chair for long timewith the easy up and down highest ,and swivel with easeI agree it is on the hight End of price but it is the highest of quailtyVery pleased and happy with the product ,very precise location of screw positions supplied with all you need to assimple allan key and perfect easy to fellow diagramCan not faultedI would love if it comes in different colour

First off, full marks for Amazon replacing the damaged item when it arrived.It was damaged because the manufacturers sent it (24kg) in the flimsiest cardboard box I have ever seen. No doubt to save a few pence on the packaging. The first box arrived with the ‘Plastic’ base sticking out of the bottom of the flimsy box. It was not until I started to assemble it that I found two of the five base legs damaged.Whilst return was faultless with Amazon, repacking it for return was a nightmare.Don’t be fooled by the Eliza Tinsley smiley face for Customer Service on the posting. I telephoned them and after going through the usual annoying selection process to get to a real person, I found them barely helpful.I was disappointed to find that the ‘Gunmetal Grey’ base & arm rests where painted plastic, not metal, which will scratch easily. The plastic feet rollers do not run easily.The chair, whilst built better, is not as comfortable as the PU leather chairs I have had in the past which always split. A majority of chairs for sale give you the impression they are leather but are not.So happy with the ‘Bonded Leather’ surfaces but not much else.The angle of the back rest to the seat is poor so that you only make contact with the back rest when laying back in the chair, a position from where you cannot work at a desk or PC keyboard. When you do lay back, the forward slope of the seat is uncomfortable. There is no way of adjusting this.The hydraulic ram gradually goes down by itself so it is necessary to constantly re-adjust it.Assembly, basically easy except for attaching the arm rests. Ok fixing to either the seat or the back-rest but fixing to both is very difficult. You need a guide rod slightlyslight smaller than the screw size to use as an alignment tool. Even with that is not easy. Not beyond the wit of the designers to include locating pegs?I am returning it as it is not of the quality or design I was expecting for a higher end price on Amazon.

I actually don't find the chair that comfortable and it's disappointing that you have to actually get out of the seat to adjust the height.

Really good. Gets more comfortable, the more you use it. Easy to assemble. Well worth the money. No head support though, but this was made clear before purchase.

I bought this item from Amazon Warehouse Deals, it was reduced to 180 pounds due to damaged packaging. It just arrived and any damage to the box had been repaired, checked all the parts and there was just a slight mark on the legs.Eagerly i put it together, which was quite straight forward, i'm sitting on it now as i write this review, and its very comfortable. Being real leather it smells gorgeous well.Am i pleased, you bet i am, i got a excellent deal and a quality product as well. Thank you Amazon and Eliza Tinsley

Easy to put up, looks amazing, arrived with no issues or damages but within a couple of days of use developed extremely bad back pains which are ongoing 3 weeks later. Never had back problems before. Amazon have been kind enough to offer a full refund, outside the return window but for your peace of mind buy something else!
