NCAA Hover Helmet - Collectible Levitating Football Helmet with Electromagnetic Stand

This thing worked great for over a year and then just stopped working. At first I thought my base had gone bad, but the real issue is the top of the helmet gets so magnetized over time that it's no longer reliable for extended periods. I give it a break occasionally to demagnetize and that seems to have solved the problem.

The media could not be loaded.  I don't post may reviews. However, this is better than the reviews say it is. I have it in my office. My office neighbor is a Michigan fan and has "helmet envy". Everyone who comes in my office or passes by my glass door has to stop in and talk about it. I gave it a slow spin over a week ago and it hasn't stopped spinning since. The only problem is everyone wants to touch it.I will definitely be ordering another for my sons birthday who is a huge Buckeye fan.

Okay, no one NEEDS a hovering football helmet, but it's pretty cool. I keep it on my desk at work and now spend a good part of the day watching it spin. It's fun to see how long it will spin once you start it going - two weeks is the longest we've gone so far without touching it. It's also fun to try to make it hover completely still, which is more difficult. It prefers to rock a little or spin. I purchased the University of Michigan version (GO BLUE!). Knock off one star because the shade of yellow on the helmet is slightly off, a little pale and less golden than the real maize helmets. The photo on amazon is true to how it looks in real life. The helmet is smaller than I expected. I think the description calls it a half size replica, but it seems smaller than that. Note it has to be plugged in to hover.

I have purchased 2 of these, and they are great. However we just moved and have misplaced the power cords. I have sent multiple messages to the seller asking if I can purchase new cords, but have received no response. I am hoping they read their reviews at least so I can make contact with them. The units are great, but I would love to be able to have them work again!

The Army Hover Helmet I ordered does not work properly, and the problem started after the date for return had expired. It was ordered on Feb 20, 2020 and the end date for return was March 21, 2020. I had only one month to return even if I only wanted it replaced. It will only rotate in a counter clockwise direction. When trying to rotate in a clockwise position it will not move. I tried the helmet with another stand, and it did the same thing. It is clearly the helmet that is the problem. I feel a month for return or exchange is ridiculous because that is clearly not enough time to make sure there are no problems. I did not want a refund. I only wanted it replaced. Now I am stuck with a Hover Helmet that will not work properly. I am very unhappy with this purchase through Amazon.

The media could not be loaded.  This thing is almost unbelievable. It works exactly as described, see video. It is really easy to setup. The first time you hover it, it may be a little wobbly. Just add a touch of spin and it'll smooth out Sure, it's just an ornament, but it's a super cool one and a conversation piece. I did get the case for it, its a no Brainer as everyone wants to touch it. And it looks spectacular in the dark. A must have for the sports fan in your life

This is the coolest item ,,,it's almost mesmerizing to watch rotate ,Bought it for the wife for Christmas and she has it on her desk at work.The guys and women went crazy over it .They are getting ready to bring out NFL and MLB ,My friend's ( as misguided as they are ) cant wait for the Green Bay Packers one's ;)Worth the price and the case to put it in can be bought separate on Amazon or wait till you get your hover helmet and they put in a coupon to buy direct from the manufacturer,it's $10.00 cheaper and free shipping

I have a couple of coworkers that have Hover Helmets and I thought they would be a cool add-on to my office. For the first month or so it was! Then it started constantly sticking to the top of the stand or dropping out altogether. Pretty disappointing because the cost of the product and it's potential upside, does not reflect in its quality.
