Value for the money...few 4 to 5 chapters are missing. Which a minor chapters only..any way u Got new books for 3k and ..it's 1st hand..

I was excited after receiving the books and found brand new books in apparently original packaging. I found these books old (20th Edition ) compared to the current edition ( 21st Edition) but as so far as condition of books is concerned, these are NOT used books. There is no doubt about the content of this book. You may go for this edition if you are interested only in knowing basic principles of medicine and possible line of treatments as there may not be much addition to 21st edition with respect to these aspects. However, if you are a medical practitioner or a medical student, you must go far the latest edition which is currently available in the market.

Imported from USA, this is a premium book (resource) for Internal Medicine and is a collector's item. Total pages = 4040 (1904 Vol1+2136 Vol2). Excellent print, font, layout and paper quality. Binding needs attention. Perhaps the only most comprehensive, elaborate and all-encompassing work on this subject. The 21st-edition of 2023 costs 10,700/-, this one is the 20th-edition of 2018 and costs 2400/-, a throw-away price. A remarkable publication by McGraw-Hill.

Die 2 Bücher auf englisch enthalten mehr I Formationen als man im ersten Moment annimmt da die Seiten sehr dünn sind und viel bedrückt. Trotzaallem sind auch Bilder vorhanden und alles ist super veranschaulicht. Das hardcover ist perfect für die empfindlichen Seiten mit denen man sehr vorsichtig sein muss.

Great textbook for internal medicine. Some of the pages have the text slightly faded on the copy I received.
