I’ve reverted back to using this brand for several reasons. Although somewhat expensive, it’s the cheapest and best quality high EPA only product in its class. High EPA only, offers many benefits over DHA dominant products which are often cheaper.

I’ve never had such a positive response to an omega 3 before! I had my blood levels checked and they were mega low and omega 6 very high, which shocked me as I’m super healthy and eat salmon/mackerel 3+ times each week! Just no nutrients in food anymore! So I took two of these on the first day and WOW, my brain fired up and even though it did disturb my sleep a bit at first, cas I took them in the evening probably, I still had lots of mental energy to carry on the next day and was up early too! I’ve not had this much brain power in my whole adult life and I’m 40 now. It’s also helping my chronic inflammation in my nose and Eustachian tube dysfunction which no hospital/doctor have been able to cure for 3 years. I check all my nutrients twice a year via Medichecks so the only deficiencies are omegas currently. Will Retest in a month or so and post before and after results! :)) this company is amazing, I use their coq10 and b supps too.. but only a few times a week as my Active b12 is high already!

I've been told by professionals to start taking omega 3, but all the ones I've tried are so big and absolutely smell awful. These are amazing, they have no fishy smell at all. And they are so small to shallow. Absolute win, win. Will be buying again, will be my only place to buy omega 3.

First, the quality is fantastic. No problems with the product. I appreciate most people are not having problems but for me I find half the time they get stuck half way down and I often cough them back up. They’re not even that big so it’s unusual as I take the far bigger ones fine. I think it might be due to how rigid these ones are, they could do with warming up or softening a bit if you have trouble with them.

I have been taking this product for well over a year now. I don't write reviews but after my most recent experience I really wanted to. I started taking this because of the various studies regarding high EPA fish oil and depression and anxiety. I also kept dated notes on various symptoms I had as for the price, I wanted to know it definitely helped. Here's my findings- I have scalp psoriasis which can get quite severe, have had it since I was 9/10 years old and was prescribed tar shampoos, cocois ointment, steroid ointments etc but stopped after a few years because of the hassle etc. Have just used medicated shampoos since, I'm now 28. About 3 months after taking this, I noticed one day that my head hadn't flared or been itching like crazy and the plaques were almost gone. I have only used baby shampoo for a long time now, and have never been able to do that since I was young! Even missing one wash with medicated shampoo would make a difference. I also had persistent pain in my index finger knuckle for over a year. Around the same time I noticed this was also gone I used to get occasional infected acne and a spot would stay for over a week, red and sort of infected under the skin. That stopped happening (still get some spots lol but they don't go like that when Im taking epa) I'm on low income so it's hard to afford these tablets, and at times I ran out. It was then that I noticed my mood worsened (towards the beginning even after about 5 days of not taking) my anxiety would be much higher. It took me a couple of times of running out to realise this was definately linked. So overall for mood- I didn't suddenly feel happy but the difference was clear when I stopped taking the epa. I soon want to double my dose and record the findings to see if there's a greater effect (after reading studies and different dosages) but will need to save up for that lol! Anyway, recently due to my daughters birthday and other financial reasons, I tried to switch to a cheaper supplement. It was 750 EPA 250 DHA. This is the longest I have gone without taking this Phamepa supplement. Noticed my mood was worse etc but just carried on, after 3-4 weeks my scalp is currently really bad, itching is so intense, and plaques are back. my finger and other joints hurt again. My skin is worse. I then really considered my mood and Its definitely worse, especially anxiety. So I reordered yesterday morning for delivery by the evening and I'm sticking to this supplement, as I can 100% say it works for me and it must keep my inflammation levels down more than anything else I have tried. If your considering this supplement but the cost puts you off, maybe take notes with dates etc and give it a 3 month trial.....then stop and see what difference it makes to you. Hope this review and supplement helps some other sufferers out there!

Great quality product

I started taking these Fishoils 7 wks ago as I suffer from Fibro Cfs, within 2 wks I started to notice a big difference in my mood well being sleeping better feeling more energetic much less aches, I started on 2 capsuales a day I now take 3 as 3 takes away more pains for me but I could take 2 and my mood would be Good, I also take Hylands bio plasma cell salts 6 under tongue 3,4 times a day, Fibro complete from Prohealth wich is a powerful multi Vitamin espc B vitamins wich are important to take along side these Fishoils,DiM to help balance hormones and a Strong probiotic 50 billion CFU as I think this all started from my Tummy poss Leaky gut,I noo these are a lot of Vitamins minerals but all these hve helped me get 90-95% back to Normal plus eating as healthy most of the time I still hve chocky chip shop food here and there alcohol also, I use extra virgin coconut oil, alizing your body with Lemons applecider Vinegar ect helps greatly espc for Bloating upset tummy ect, and for spending average 13,14 pound aweek is a small price to pay hope this help others to get tht Zest for Life back :)

Über die Wirkung kann ich nichts aussagen. Ich kann nur über eine kurze Qualitätsprüfung berichten. Ich reagiere empfindlich auf Fischgeruch. Vor allem von Fischölkapseln. Deswegen habe ich diese Kapseln aufgemacht, um den Geruch zu testen. Sie riechen nur sehr minimal nach frischem Fisch. Also besser als andere Fischölkapseln. Nach ein paar Wochen regelmäßiger Einnahme sind keine Probleme aufgetreten.

Easy to swallow for my kid. No after taste. EPA has anti-inflamatory powers and it helps some mood and neurological disorders. Very pleased that we found a quality EPA product.

I have been taking Pharmepa for quite some time now and although it's expensive, find it's the only product that has driven the results I needed. Improved cognitive function and joint mobility and an overall feeling of better wellness. I recently learned that when combined with CoQ10, it increases the benefit to heart and cell regeneration. I'll give it a go.
