Lasted Pretty Long
Bought in 2018 for my hardwood floors in my office. Lasted pretty well. Smooth rolling and quiet. In the last 2 years I'd notice the chair starting to list/roll when I wanted to sit still and a few weeks ago the ball bearings started to fall out. No issues for at least 4-5 years.

Great wheels (but will tear up carpet over time)
These wheels cost probably half of what I paid for the chair, but they are by far the best feature of it now. Roll quietly and smoothly over carpet (see note below) and vinyl flooring, and I haven't had any issues with the functionality of them. They installed super easily in my chair (a Furmax office chair from Amazon), so no issues there either. I have been using these wheels for 5 months now and put an estimated 750 hours of usage on them, and I weigh ~170 lbs.One note: I have been using these wheels on the carpet in my apartment (which is pretty cheap carpet), and it does tear up the carpet over time with frequent use. Yes, it's stated in the product listing not to use them on soft carpet, just figured I would give my experience since I did it anyway. I think it's wearing out the carpet because the wheels are grippy rubber/polyurethane and pushing the chair around causes the wheels to change direction frequently, and when this happens the wheels rub the carpet fibers in different directions and cause them to become matted. Again, this is stated in the product listing, but be aware that these wheels are not great for carpet with any pile greater than super low pile "business" carpet. If you use them directly on most residential carpet, especially cheap or softer carpet, it will tear it up over time.

Must have and worth the price.
I bought these for both my computer chairs. One is on tile and one on carpet. They are easy to install and make the chair roll smoothly and quietly. So much better than those cheap plastic wheels that come on most computers chairs. Definitely a must buy.

Exceptionally well
Very smooth and made exceptionally well and will definitely refer this to a friend and very refreshing to buy from a small family business and not from China

Noisless and caster well on my Laminate Floor. Love the upgrade!
These replacements are great! One of the cheap hard plastic casters that came with the chair are awful (see photo), not turning well and often working against each other by not properly swiveling. I'm embarrassed that It never occurred to me to upgrade until one broke. The new ones swivel and are just amazingly better. I was afraid that the soft wheels might not want to swivel however even with my 230lbs these are smooth, noiseless and roll effortlessly. Just a bonus that they look great too. Do be aware, since I am a fairly tall guy I like the chair high but the height added by these wheels might cause a problem for people like my 4'11" wife that need a very short chair. Installation was super simple.

Great for hardwood floors, bye bye forever plastic mats!
Ordered 3 sets of these wheels to put on desk chairs in my house. We have recently installed all new bamboo flooring and rather than replace the yucky floor mats we used on our previous hard wood which do damage the finish over time, we decided to try these out. It's been right at a month since we got them, and so far so good. They have not left a single mark on my floors. For the most part, they roll smoothly and easily. I am a writer so my chair is in use for upwards of 12 hours a day almost every day. I have experienced no issues so far.I have 2 labs and with them there is always, always dog hair in my floors. This was a problem over time with the regular style chair wheels. Eventually, hair and crud would get caught up in them and they'd start to roll badly. Not happening with these at all.The only negative (not really) thing I have to say is that I am cautious when pushing back from my desk, based on some of the other reviews where people reported the wheels broke when trying to roll with them in a "sideways" position. I occasionally feel a slight resistance when I push to roll, which is the wheels turned crossways. When I do, I just do a little side to side wiggle as I roll back and they turn and roll with no problems. Really a non-issue as long as someone doesn't need to leap up from their desk like Superman.Would definitely buy these again assuming they continue to hold up and will be recommending them to anyone with hardwood floors rather than those cruddy plastic mats. :)

Pretty good
Don't know what I was expecting, I had never used these before. There are lots of brands and versions of this same product. I figured since I'm in my home office so much these days I'd give them a try. I do like them better than the original chair rolling casters, I think they are quieter and better for my flooring. However, they aren't ultra-silent, they can still make a noise, but it is a more subdued noise than the original rollers. Really the thing that makes me not want to give them five stars, is they raise the height of the chair. I wish the chair would be the same height as before having these rollers. I did like the rollers, but I cannot fit under my desk anymore with them since the desk has a undermount pullout drawer. It's an old desk, so I just took out the pullout drawer. I think I'll keep them, but it's a little disappointing that I can't have that drawer with them, it's one or the other.

Strong, large, and ball bearing designed for a great desk chair wheel.
Not only do these wheels roll easily, they added a half inch in height to my chair. Easy upgrade and worth every bit of the cost and effort to install. Great product, good price and work outstandingly. Did I mention they look great on my new respawn gaming chair? Purchased on Sept 23 2018, as of Jan 17 I find the wheels have loosened from their mount. They are still in use and do still roll but there is a wobble in them that is annoying. After approximately 6 months I have been picking up ball bearing that have fallen from these wheels. Not sure why but the race has widened enough for them to escape. I enjoy the ease with which they roll and will be ordering a new set but am not very happy with the prospect of having to reorder so often. To be perfectly frank, I bought these for the quality. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 214 lbs, well within the load limit posted by manufacturer.
